1. Multi cavity mold

A multi-cavity mold refers to a mold that contains two or more cavities in an injection mold, and each cavity corresponds to the same product. Multi cavity molds can produce more plastic products in one injection cycle, which is more suitable for plastic products requiring mass production.

Advantages of multi-cavity molds:

Complete product mold

Complete product molds also have multiple cavities, but each cavity corresponds to a different product shape, which is generally applicable to injection molded products with different sizes and shapes.

Advantages of complete product mold

1. Be able to process multiple injection molding products at one time, shortening the project cycle.

2. Generally applicable to products produced in small batches.

There are switches between each cavity for individual control, making processing more flexible.

When processing and using complete sets of product molds, attention should be paid to the following areas:

Different products require the use of the same material with the same color.

2. Near the scale and volume of the product. Prevent injection molding defects caused by product size and volume differences.

3. Select an appropriate flow path system based on product size, etc.
